Collaboratively known as the MXM duo, Brand New Boys members Im Young-min and Kim Dong-hyun are featured by the new Football Fever channel of global music streaming service Deezer. This is to celebrate the 21st FIFA World Cup, which is taking place in Russia from June 14, 2018 to July 15, 2018.

Deezer is hosting exclusive playlists created by musicians from each of the 32 countries partaking in the world’s largest football competition. Representing South Korea are Im and Kim, who both participated in "Produce 101" Season 2.

Each artist’s playlist will also champion a wide variety of their local genres. Niska of France, Mc Kevinho of Brazil, Paul Kalkbrenner of Germany and DaVido of Nigeria represent French rap, Brazilian funk, German electronic and Nigerian Afrobeats, respectively.

Along with MXM, taking over Deezer’s new Football Fever channel with exclusive playlists are Kasabian for England, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu for Japan, Zara Larsson for Sweden and Mike Bahia for Colombia. Kasabian's chosen tracks include hits from artists like James Blake and Giggs while Larsson's playlist is full of local Swedish influences and favorites like Tove Lo, Avicii and Icona Pop.

Deezer’s Football Fever channel is getting fans into the football spirit with local Top Anthems played at World Cup tournaments over the last 60 years chosen specially by Deezer music editors. The global music streaming service's Global Vice President of Artist Marketing Sulinna Ong stated, “Football, like music, is about bringing people together."

"Just as the World Cup gathers the best in football talent from all over the world, Deezer has gathered the best in global musical talent for this summer’s matches," Ong explained. "We’re excited to have great musicians like Kasabian, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, MXM of Brand New Boys, Zara Larsson, Vance Joy, Paul Kalkbrenner and Of Monsters and Men showcasing their own favorite artists from each of their countries to give our football-loving users the perfect soundtrack to the World Cup this summer.”

Currently available, the Football Fever channel will run until July 16, 2018.
